Agricultural field in Lysos community, of Paphos District. It is located at a distance of appproximately 2 km north from the center of the community and at a distance of 2,2 km south from the center of the community Kynousa.

The field has an irregular shape with a light incline surface and it is accessible through a non-registered road.  

The property falls within protection zone Z1(58%) having building density 1% and within agricultural zone Γ3(42%) having building density 10%.

Tenders submitted for an Amount below the Reserve Price shall be rejected.

The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
