The first floor will comprise of two one-bedroom apartment and two two-bedroom apartments. The second floor will consist of a three-bedroom apartment with a large uncovered terrace.

The basement will consist of parking spaces and auxiliary areas.

The complex will be served by an elevator, a swimming pool, communal showers, toilets, and changing rooms.
