It has an irregular shape with a flat surface and is accessible via a registered road on its eastern border.

Please note that it is affected by road development on its northern border (Larnaca-Agia Napa motorway).

Note that the property is located approximately 1km northwest of Ayia Napa Marina. The area consists of several tourist developments with apartment and residential complexes.

The property falls within the T2β Tourist Zone (82%) which provides for various tourist uses such as Hotels, houses and tourist villages with the corresponding building factor. It also falls within the EZA zone (18%) with a building factor of 6%.
